Early morning hours this time. I am there at about 8 am, still a bit dark but sunrise is promising some nice light. One photographer is already there 🙂
This time I am using my D800 with Nikkor 200-400 and Sigma 150-600 S partially on tripod.
When the light is good for some 1600 ISO shots, one owl gets active and suddenly sits about 6 meters away from us. Amazing, these owls are not scared at all.

It was actually supposed to be the Komet 12P/Pons-Brooks. But the clouds put a spanner in the works. The sky over Neuwerk, on the other hand, was largely clear.
