Taken one shot at “Dicke Berta” lighthouse in Altenbruch. The location isn’t easy to manage because you’re either too close to the lighthouse or you do have a several flaws like cables in the picture. Used the0 D800 with the Voigtländer 58/f1.4 for the shot. Conversion of the above picture to b/w.

Some sunset pictures from Glameyer-Stack which is a place, near Otterndorf, at the river Elbe. From there my hometown is nicely visible at the horizon. The sunset was quite nice having good colours. However, due to the ships moving on the river, it was not really possible to do any good time exposure.

Another evening in Cuxhaven’s heatherfields. I hate midges. So many of them flying around there… Although the sunset itself showed fantastic coloured sky, the blooming of the heather is nearly gone in the area, so not such a good location anymore.
