Sunday July 13th, 2014: Game Drive Day 2 (evening)
Leaving at 4:15pm from the camp. to north direction. Clouds are again showing that rain is supposed to come later. The sun does not give much light and most of the animals are in the shadows. However some good shots were still able to be done. For dinner the crew prepared a nice barbecue. Unfortunately […]
Sunday July 13th, 2014: Game Drive Day 2 (morning)
Yesterday we agreed to start at 6:15am. For this we had to get up at 5:30am. The room stewart served coffee and some small bites on the veranda. Nice to sit outside and have a coffee in the darkness… We are leaving the camp but it is still dark. However, within 1/2 hour the early […]

The early check-in was a frustration. As the co-partner for Swiss Air for […]
Some Macros (2014-07-04/05)
Several Red Admiral butterflies in the garden sitting on a syringa. Not sure whether I got that right. Looks like a Northern red-banded yellow jacket.
Some Macros (2014-06-25)
Again between some phone calls found some time to shoot several macros in the garden. Above bumblebee was done with ISO 1600. Quite decent quality.
