Yesterday afternoon I went again to the area of the Hamburg Seehospital (Nordheim Foundation) to take some infrared pictures with the D5300.

Some of the images were taken with the 720nm filter, but most were taken with the red filter (should be about 680nm).

Waiting in vain for auroras yesterday evening. Unfortunately, the G2 storm was over before it got darker. It wasn’t worth waiting for a later storm because the sky kept closing in.
After a hearty breakfast at Drangstedter Tannenhof, a short visit to Bad Bederkesa station, where the museum train is currently parked. Unfortunately, the locomotive was not there. Yesterday the weather was finally good enough for us to drive the 300km to East Westphalia to photograph two Gehry architectures. First stop was in Bad Oeynhausen at the Forum Energie Innovation. Then we went to the MARTa Herford… … and back to Bad Oeynhausen once again.
