Common Redshank in the salt marsh

Wanted to give the Gitzo a try using the Wimberley WH200. It does work quite nice but has no chance when compared to the Berlebach UNI-16. So, whenever size and weight allows, the UNI-16 is the first choice.

A pair of Common Redshank were often up in the air to get the Seagulls away from their nest in the marsh. They came quite close and that allowed me to take some decent shots (handheld and using the Gitzo).
