I got an invitation for a short exhibition here in my hometown. The exhibition will be in September and will have the motto “Maritime Details”. As I do not have any pictures covering the theme, I have to pick up this challenge. Although it was also offered to show something else, it won’t be fair to use “something else”.
Ok, explored the harbour area a bit and tested some shots using the D2x with the Sigma 24-105.

Yesterday the weather was finally good enough for us to drive the 300km to East Westphalia to photograph two Gehry architectures. First stop was in Bad Oeynhausen at the Forum Energie Innovation. Then we went to the MARTa Herford… … and back to Bad Oeynhausen once again.
A picture from today in the early afternoon. A panorama of 7 individual images with the Fuji GFX and the Zeiss Biometar 80mm on the Hartblei adapter. After cropping, this resulted in an image with 35158×5868 pixels.
