So far it was only once clear enough for me to photograph the comet. And, how should it be different, screwed up in many ways….

The image(s) were taken on January 28, 2023 around midnight with the Fuji X-T5 on the Fujinon XF50-140mm at f/2.8 and ISO 1600.

Not focused accurately, tracking not set well enough and thus a slightly out of focus and most importantly no stacking success so far because the tracking was not accurate enough.

C/2022 E3 (ZTF)

 

The processing is strongly exaggerated, so that enough of the comet remains, but so I like it actually quite well. Photography is always somewhat dependent on personal taste.
