That was actually a sunset with announcement. Nevertheless, still waited until last, because the weather in recent weeks but still deviated from the forecast. There should be about 65% high clouds, 25% medium clouds and a few low clouds. In the beginning it held, but unfortunately towards the end the sun disappeared behind a narrow band of clouds. This prevented an even more spectacular view. But, we do not want to be dissatisfied.

Before the sun disappeared completely, here is an upright panorama cropped to 4×5 from 3 shots with the Fuji GFx and the very good Mamiya Sekor 150mm f/4.

And finally, a single image in 65:24 format. It is quite convenient to be able to set the different formats on the spot. On this shot you can also see nicely the “red-carpet-preventer” behind the island. Too bad though…

While shooting with the GFx, the little Fuji X-T20 with the Sigma 24-105 f/4 Art was shooting 400 images for a timelapse. The jerk after about 8 seconds is on me, I had unfortunately forgotten to turn off the optical stabilizer and had then still done this during the shooting; not good…
