Three at a stroke. Unfortunately the sky was overcast and it was quite hazy, but still I had the opportunity with the three species.

A few crane pictures from the polder Bramel. Heavy cloud cover and relatively large distance are reflected in the poor quality of the pictures. The pictures were taken with the Nikon D500 on the Nikkor 500/f5.6 and the TC-14.
I haven’t seen any snow buntings yet this early morning, but I have seen larger colonies of sandpipers on rising water.
For 36 hours a photo friend was in Cuxhaven. A program was quickly put together. Landscape, birds and what else that is somewhat nice and can be done in 1.5 days.
