Friday and Saturday the place was very crowded and I didn’t take good pictures. Only real activity was in the area closer to the street and that does not really look nice.
Very windy and cold today and therefore no activity. Seems that only 2 owls are still there. Looks like the older ones have moved as they haven’t been seen since 2 or 3 days. Might be some of the last pictures that were shot.
Short-eared Owl
It was actually supposed to be the Komet 12P/Pons-Brooks. But the clouds put a spanner in the works. The sky over Neuwerk, on the other hand, was largely clear.
