I totally forgot about the later afternoon pictures from the recent US trip. Some nice shots of the Bald Eagle’s nest with the adult sitting in. The late afternoon light was giving these pictures a much nicer look than the morning pictures.

A few crane pictures from the polder Bramel. Heavy cloud cover and relatively large distance are reflected in the poor quality of the pictures. The pictures were taken with the Nikon D500 on the Nikkor 500/f5.6 and the TC-14.
I haven’t seen any snow buntings yet this early morning, but I have seen larger colonies of sandpipers on rising water.
In the last few days I have reprocessed three older pictures in black and white. The chapel Chapelle Notre-Dame-du-Haut de Ronchamp (Le Corbusier) was taken in 2021 during a visit to Ronchamp.
