Cuxhaven sponsored a nice attraction in 2008. The mobile Sealife Center was setup in the city. Unfortunately, the company left after half year in Cuxhaven. At least people with tickets got their money back.

A few crane pictures from the polder Bramel. Heavy cloud cover and relatively large distance are reflected in the poor quality of the pictures. The pictures were taken with the Nikon D500 on the Nikkor 500/f5.6 and the TC-14.
I haven’t seen any snow buntings yet this early morning, but I have seen larger colonies of sandpipers on rising water.
For 36 hours a photo friend was in Cuxhaven. A program was quickly put together. Landscape, birds and what else that is somewhat nice and can be done in 1.5 days.
