Actually, I wanted to photograph the Milky Way. At full moon and ground fog a very bad idea. Nevertheless it was a successful night, because I was able to photograph the probably last NLCs for this year.

Okay, Milky Way wasn’t, but the location’s probably pretty good for that. Next week the moon will not rise until after midnight and is at a maximum of 50% to 60%. The cloud forecast looks very good so far. So, will give it another try.
