Haven’t been out for some bird shooting for a while. I took the opportunity on Sunday morning to get out to 2 places to see what is around. In Dorum near to the Obereversand lighthouse I found lots of European Starlings.

The juvenile starlings are close to the shoreline preparing for their first migration in the next months.

It was actually supposed to be the Komet 12P/Pons-Brooks. But the clouds put a spanner in the works. The sky over Neuwerk, on the other hand, was largely clear.
