Went to an area near to my hometown where White-tailed eagles were seen recently. Right when I arrived one eagle was perching on a tree. He flew off for a while but came back and I was lucky that I grabbed that situation.
Using the brand-new D500 with the Nikkor 500 plus TC-14 for all shots.

It was actually supposed to be the Komet 12P/Pons-Brooks. But the clouds put a spanner in the works. The sky over Neuwerk, on the other hand, was largely clear.
