Some pictures of the windmill Amanda in Grefenmoor close to Stade. All these pictures were taken in 2006 using the Olympus E-500 with standard kit lenses.
At that time I was mainly doing panorama pictures stitched together of several shots using a self-made nodal adapter.

For the first time the smock mill was built in 1853. It was rebuilt in 1874 and 1896 after fires burnt the mill down. The current mill was renewed from 1994 to 1995.

Yesterday the weather was finally good enough for us to drive the 300km to East Westphalia to photograph two Gehry architectures. First stop was in Bad Oeynhausen at the Forum Energie Innovation. Then we went to the MARTa Herford… … and back to Bad Oeynhausen once again.
A picture from today in the early afternoon. A panorama of 7 individual images with the Fuji GFX and the Zeiss Biometar 80mm on the Hartblei adapter. After cropping, this resulted in an image with 35158×5868 pixels.
