Main reason for this crop camera is for wildlife and bird shooting. So I tried it out over the last days using it with the Tamron 150-600 and the Sigma 150-600 handhold only. The results are really impressive. Even at ISO 1600 still usable and with ISO 3200 somewhat satisfying at least for small pictures on the web.

All pictures imported from RAW into Lightroom using D5300 profile and regular lens-profile. No noise-reduction applied (also all NR setting in camera were turned off – I do this always). Only exposure settings, micro-contrast, contrast and sharpening applied. Cropped to approximately the Nikon D7200 1.3 factor. Exported to NextGEN gallery in WordPress with 2400px on long side.
